Customer Duties
Customers must give sufficient information about the items to be moved, including size, weight, and special arrangement. Customers shall ensure access to their property is freely available to our staff, as well as any permits required in areas where they would be necessary.
Limitation of Liability
Although we exercise extreme care for your belongings, damages resulting from storms, tempests, acts of God, or any cause beyond our control shall not be within our responsibility. Moreover, our liability shall not exceed the actual value of the goods moving unless otherwise agreed to by the parties in writing prior to the move.

This means that most of the time it should be paid in full before work actually begins unless there is a mutual decision to do otherwise. The following payment types are acceptable as depicted on our site. As stated in your contract all payments should be made accordingly.
Cancellation and Refunds
In case any appointment to be canceled is beyond 48 hours prior to a scheduled service, the full amount is refundable. Services may have different refund policies. Request a copy when you use the service for its refund policies.
Deposit and charge may not be included in your refund in case you have a special request or special item you ordered.
Governing Law
All terms are subject to the laws of India. The dispute and/or controversy arising out of these terms will be governed by the courts of Bangalore. The customers agree that any proceeding would be conducted strictly within Bangalore.
Alterations to Terms
We have the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time. You will be conclusively deemed to accept any new or modified terms once you continue to use our services after any change. It shall remain your duty to frequently review the terms for your knowledge.
Force Majeure
Kuber Logistics Movers and Packers shall be excused from any and all obligations arising out of or related to this agreement for such period as Kuber may reasonably require for a cause beyond its reasonable control, whether such cause be mechanical, electronic, communications, or otherwise.
Severability
If any of these terms and conditions is determined to be or become invalid, prohibited, or unenforceable, whether because of or over any rule, regulation, or law, or for any other reason, the relevant provision shall be deemed limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining terms and conditions of these terms and conditions shall remain in full force and effect.
